The room is about 11 m2 in size. In addition, you share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Adjacent to the living room is a balcony where the sun shines in the morning and early afternoon. The Dirk is within walking distance and if you want a slightly larger supermarket, Lidl and Albert Heijn are about 5 minutes by bike from you. The room is easily accessible by public transport. Bus 38 stops almost in front of the door. In addition, it is 5 minutes by bike to Schiedam center station and about 15 minutes to Rotterdam center. And the metro (Schiedam Centrum station or Marconiplein) are also nearby. The rental price is €578,- including g/w/l. In addition, the deposit is 1x the monthly rent.
