TranslateI’m looking for a roommate for my beautiful apartment in the Wijnhaven of Rotterdam. With a 2 min walk to the Mass Boulevard, and a 5 min walk to the Lijnbaan, you’re truly in the heart of the city! The Wijnhaven is a quiet area but close to everything. There’s a Jumbo across the road, many lovely restaurants, and two gyms in the neighborhood. The apartment building is new - only 5 years old - and I am the 3rd tenant in this apartment, so everything is nice and new and clean!For €950 everything is included: wifi, gas, water, light, etc. The apartment has many amenities like indoor bike storage, two large (private) storage rooms on the same floor as the apartment, a package pick up box, and a garbage room in the building. The bedroom is 7m2 but with that, you get a large living room and open kitchen. I like to keep a clean house and appreciate someone who does the same. I work full time and commute to Amsterdam 3 days per week. I also work in the evenings at Rocycle so I’m often out of the house for long periods of time. I also travel often for work and pleasure so there will be many times in the year that you have the house to yourself.
