TranslateSpacious available room at Oosteinde! We are looking for a new roommate (23+ years old, female, student/master student) to come and live with us in Rotterdam – Kralingen, from July 1, 2024! The room is very large (+/- 35 m2) and runs in an L-shape (nice to divide for sleeping/living area). You share the shower, toilet and storage room (6m2) with 1 person, the kitchen and balcony with 3 others. The rental price is +/- 660, - incl. utilities, groceries and cleaning lady. Housing benefit is available if you are older than 23. For this room, there is a requirement that your income for 2022 is a maximum of €25,475 and that you are a (master's) student. We are a house with 8 working people (24+) spread over 2 floors at Oostplein. The house is mixed (men/women). According to the rules, we are only allowed to admit a person who is registered as a student, because everyone works in the house, we would like someone who is in his final year and will also be working soon. Eating together, having drinks or hanging out on the couch and watching a movie is fun for us. Definitely a place for a party and a drink from time to time, but also a house where there is a lot of space to retreat and do your own thing. There are no strings attached.
