The kitchen, toilet, storage room and balcony are shared with one other student. The apartment is located in Kralingen close to both Erasmus University and Rotterdam center. The Kralingse bos is a 5-minute walk away, and the neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The furniture is not included in the rent, but the new tenant is requested to buy my furniture when they take over. An overview of the furniture and the costs will be shared during/after the viewing (in total you can expect about € 1000,-). Rent is ?? 895,- incl. VAT. Gas/electricity/water, municipal bills are approximately 250 euros per person per year (for 2024 this is only your part of the months after you have taken over the room).
