Rotterdam city center is about 10 minutes away by train. The house consist of a large cozy living room, and a kitchen with all the appliances (2 fridge, oven and dishwasher). There is also a garden for summer barbeque. The room is 9,5 square meters with nice big windows. Living here is the opposite of living in student housing, you can expect a quiet environment.
