Dear room-seeking/house-seeking girls, At the beginning of June, a room will become available with us Maaike (25) and Anne (21). We are two students and live in a recently completely renovated house in Overschie Rotterdam. We have a room available for a roommate. This room is split into two separate rooms. So you don't have 1 but 2 rooms. We are looking for a nice and spontaneous girl between the ages of 21-27. In the house we own the two top floors and you would get two rooms with a total area of about 16 m2. One room contains a sink, lots of light and a private sink. The other room also contains windows with a fair amount of light. Because all rooms in the house have just been renovated, they are in good condition. Next to the room there is a brand new shared kitchen, bathroom and attic (attic). All in all, the price is €500 per month excl. VAT. gas/water/electricity. The house is in a central location in Overschie and is easily accessible. Within fifteen minutes by public transport or bike you are in the heart of Rotterdam.
