The languages spoken in the house are English, Spanish, and Ukrainian. We have a good relationship and often hang out in the kitchen or on the balconyThe house itself has two floors. On the first floor we have a spacious living room, a toilet, storage room, and a kitchen with a big balcony with some plants and a table. On the second floor there are 6 rooms, another bathroom, washing machine, the attic, your room and those of your two housematesYour room will be fully furnished, with a big window that creates very beautiful lighting in the room during sunset. We like to keep the apartment clean, so we have a cleaning schedule for every week and it would be nice if you could participate. €560 (utilities included) No pets and no smoking insideFor more information please send me a message!
