It also has its own sink and a fully functioning heating system to keep you warm and comfortable. I plan to leave all my furniture in the room, so the new tenant will need to take it over and purchase it. This includes a bed with a mattress, a desk, a chair, a small lamp, and a chest of drawers.The house has everything you need and more! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, and there’s a bathroom, a washing machine, and an additional room for drying clothes. There’s also a cozy living room for relaxing, a rooftop terrace for sunny days, and a secure storage area for your bike.You’ll be sharing the house with two other friendly and respectful housemates, aged 20 and 23. The atmosphere in the house is peaceful, clean, and welcoming, making it a great place to live.I’m specifically looking for a female tenant, preferably a student.
