In addition, this house has a spacious balcony where the sun shines in the morning. There is also a laundry room with washing machine. What kind of person are we looking for? We are looking for a starter on the labour market, PhD candidate or someone in the final phase of the study (22+). You have already passed the partying student phase and would like to live in a more mature setting.
