As of 1 August, a room will become available at the Zevenwouden in Lunetten (upholstered, but possible to take over furniture from the previous person). We are looking for a female housemate who is calm and neat/hygienic, who does not often take people over and prefers not to have parties. You will be living with 2 other working girls, who would like to rest after work. We are Oi-Yee (29, working at AH) and Liane (29, working at UU Veterinary Medicine). That is why we are looking for someone who is doing a master's or PhD, or who works. The room is 17 m2 with a large window so there is a lot of light in the morning-afternoon. There is also a communal living room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. The apartment is not a student house and therefore we think it is important that it remains clean and tidy. The rental price incl. g/w/e and wifi is 550 euros p/m. It is not possible to register at the address! The contract is for 1 year, with the possibility of extension. We are located on the first floor in the Lunetten district. Close to the train and bus station Lunetten (6min), shopping center Lunetten (5min), Beatrixpark, fifteen minutes by bike from the center, Utrecht central and the Uithof.
