- The apartment is available from March 1, 2025 (or possibly earlier)
- The apartment may be occupied by 1 person or a couple.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The minimum rental period is 1 year.
- In addition to the rent, 2 months deposit is requested.
- The notice period is 2 full calendar months.
- Annual indexation of rent and service charges applies.

It is possible to apply for rent allowance for this apartment, but that of course depends on your income and age. You can make a test calculation for this on the site of the tax authorities.
