WATERFRONT Apartments by Kaag Resort consist of 34 apartments that vary in lay out (55-120 m2) and price (€ 1.750,- to € 2.600,-). It is very well suited for people who are looking for a place to stay temporarily, such as expats on a short term working base. If you want to live in The Netherlands but do not want tob e confined to hotels, Kaag Resort is the place for you.
The apartments have a look out on the harbour and the “Leede”. This has a direct access to the whole of the Dutch water ways. The “Kaag” and the “Braassem” are open waters just around the corner. Leiden is easily reached by either boat or bike and never grows dull. You find a golf green within walking distance.
Each apartment has its own parking space and renting a boat space in the harbour is possible. Quality, comfort and privacy are key elements to Kaag Resort. The apartments vary in layout (2 or 3 rooms). The finish and equipment are meant for ease and comfort. Almost all apartments have a spacious terrace that is accessible through French doors.
The spacious living room is equipped with a nice floor and modern furniture with a comfortable sit/ sleeping couch. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities such as an oven/microwave, fridge, freezer and dish washer. There are either one or two bedrooms with double or single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk in shower and washing basin. There is enough textile for the beds and sanitation. There is also a separate storage space with a washing machine/ dryer combination. Separate toilet down the hall.
