The studio is located in the former front room of a villa from the year 1917 where we (father, son and daughter) live with our two cats and dog. The studio is completely independent and has its own entrance and hall and overlooks the beautiful countryside of Zuid-Beijerland, and the garden that can also be used. The living space is well insulated, furnished and equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling. In the studio there is a kitchen, bathroom, living and sitting area and sleeping loft with double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped; a hob, tap, (separate) fridge freezer, and plenty of storage space. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. In the living and sitting area there is a cupboard with compartments, a (dining) table with chair, a sofa and chair and a coffee table. The bathroom contains a walk-in rain shower, toilet and tap with cupboard. The bed can be reached via a staircase, under which there is also an extra closet. The center of Zuid-Beijerland is a 10-minute walk from the studio. Here you will find, among other things, an Albert Heijn, Etos, Primera and various dining options such as a snack bar, restaurant and pizzeria. The studio is also close to the Hitsertse Kade, a swimming spot on the Haringvliet and within cycling distance of the Natuurmonumenten island of Tiengemeten. There is a bus stop 13 minutes by bike from where you can take the bus directly to Rotterdam. Buses also depart from here to Bergen op Zoom, Stellendam and Middelharnis. Rotterdam is about a 25-minute drive away (bus and car). Furthermore, Roosendaal, Middelharnis, Dordrecht and Spijkenisse are within a 40-minute drive. If you own a car, you can park it at the studio (for free). Some improvements are still being made to the studio that cannot yet be seen in the photos. For example, there will be a safety gate next to the bed and the hall will be finished even further and the door to the bathroom will also be improved. Registration at the home address is negotiable.
