Welcome to our cosy two-bedroom apartment. Each of the two bedrooms is fitted with a double bed, offering a quiet and comfortable retreat to rest after a day exploring the city. The bathroom is modern with a walk-in shower. The living room is a bright and versatile space, designed for maximum comfort. Equipped with a sofa bed, it is perfect for accommodating additional guests. The recently renovated open kitchen is fully equipped with modern kitchen appliances and utensils. Free check-in between 3pm and 8pm. Between 8pm and 11pm, please coordinate with us as there is an extra cost which, depending on the time, can be up to 150 EUR per booking. The total costs of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of 50€/month for each of the bills. If the amount of any one month's bill exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant will be required to pay the difference. For example. If the electricity bill is €60 per month, the tenant must pay €10 when claiming it. Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited.
