Our apartment complies with all the legal requirements demanded by the authorities. It has a 24-hour contact telephone number for incidents of any kind. For all this, personal information (name, passport and habitual address) will be requested before your arrival in order to identify yourself and prepare the relevant contracts. If the guests' consumption is excessive, it will be applied as an expense in reducing the deposit.
