All the crockery and kitchen items have been newly purchased in 2022, and the decoration is bright and welcoming.Up to the first floor is a gorgeous, cosy lounge, perfect to unwind after a long day out sightseeing. The sofas are extremely comfortable and there is enough room for all the family to relax and watch a film together. There is also a bathroom and one of the bedrooms on this floor.On the top floor is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room. Carefully decorated to ensure the space has character, whilst still being a retreat. There is a further bedroom and a separate toilet.Guest accessYou will have the whole home to yourself to enjoy, as well as the patio garden. There is one allocated parking space for this property, as well as free on street parking outside and on some streets nearby (please be careful to check the signs for permissions).This property is a 1 minute walk to the Quayside and the canal, through the walkway under the arch to the left of the terrace. It is also 10 minutes from town (uphill). It is very central, so buses go into the center very regularly from Water Lane.There is a Coop less than 5 minutes on foot, as well as an M&S food a bit further beyond on Exe Bridges roundabout (less than 10 minutes on foot).Other things to noteThis home is a townhouse and has 2 flights of stairs.SupermarketsLocal Co-op is 5 minutes walk on Haven Road. Aldi, Iceland and M&S Foodhall are all within walking distance on Alphington Rd. (A377).
