9 Reef House · Marina & sea view living at its best -Free Parking | Pass the keys (Available From: 06.12.2024) Welcome to our spacious two-bedroom apartment just by Hartlepool Marina!A location to shout about, close to local amenitiesOur apartment by Hartlepool Marina offers a vibrant waterfront atmosphere with a range of attractions and activities to suit many interests, making it a great base.Perfect for contractors or friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.The spaceEnjoy the spaciousness of our apartment, with sea views on your doorstep...literally!One of our absolute favourite things about this apartment is its location, you are right by Hartlepool marina and there is a patio door from the apartment that leads out onto sea views. It is certainly relaxing and a joy to come back to after a day out.The apartment features two double beds ideal for a good night's rest, with built-in wardrobes, there is enough storage for longer term stays.There is one family bathroom. This features a bathtub so for guests who like to relax after their days, this can be a nice treat. There is also a basin and wc. There is a shower over the bath if you're wanting the speedier option.Our kitchen is equipped for guests who would like to do some cooking while you stay (though it's not compulsory and there are great restaurants nearby!), with a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and other amenities There is a washer-dryer in the kitchen should you need to do some washing.Socialise around the dining table, it is a large area and great for unwinding with friends or family over a meal.The spacious lounge has a sofa and a Smart TV so you don't have to miss out on your streaming channels during your stay.For guests traveling by car, we have one allocated parking space just outside of the building. If there is more than one car, there is a car park over the road with more parking and that is free.Guest accessGuest will have full access to the apartment.IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
