Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to eviction, regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported.Our home is in a residential area and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us, I hope you understand.Guest accessGuests have complete access to the entire property.Other things to noteCheck-in time is 3pm onwards and check-out time is before 11am. A £100 charge will be applied for unauthorized late checkout or early check in.£50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charge a minimum £25 per item plus shipping costs.IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided.
