Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Sainsbury's Local a few minutes' walk away on St Paul's Road.this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Here, people in the neighborhood will advertise their parking spaces at a reduced rate compared to most car parks.Check-in/check-out:- Our standard check-in time is after 3 pm. Check-out is before 11 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.- Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 11 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £100 charge will be applied for unauthorized late checkout or early check-in.Keys:A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.Smoking:Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.Extra guests:No extra guests are allowed on the property at any time without prior permission, and no parties/loud music is permitted. We are very conscious of being in a residential area, and violating either rule will incur a £250 fine.Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.Additional rules- Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am.
