Other things to noteDURING YOUR STAY* Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.* The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.* A £100 will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.* No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.* Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided.
