The space Welcome to my recently renovated and contemporary two-bedroom apartment, designed to give provide you with a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. In only a 6-minute drive or 13-minute walk, you can reach both Fulham Broadway station and Parsons Green station for easy access to London's attractions. This elegant house offers the perfect escape in the heart of London and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It is particularly suitable for extended stays, catering well to both business professionals and leisure travellers. As you step into the flat, you are greeted by a stylish living room with comfortable sofas that invite you to relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV. (You'll need to use your own log in details for TV applications like Netflix, Prime etc). The spacious four-person dining area is a stylish space for enjoying meals with family and friends. The bright wall paintings add a splash of colour and personality to the space while the large window allows natural light to flood in. The living room overlooks a large shared patio which is a great place to soak up the sun's rays and enjoy some fresh air. The kitchen is the heart of the home, complete with modern appliances (such as oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher and a coffee machine). Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster and kettle. On the first floor you will find a spacious King size bedroom and a Double bedroom. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and has high-quality bedding to provide warmth and comfort. The full length wardrobes and bedside cabinets offer ample storage space for clothing and personal belongings. You will also find a 3 piece bathroom suite with a refreshing bath tub that is perfect to soak in after a hard day of sightseeing. While the street maintains a tranquil ambiance, it's only a stone's throw away from the bustling array of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops along the Wandsworth Bridge Road. On street parking is available outside the flat and adjacent streets. Guests need to pay for this parking by phone or via the RINGO app. Roads nearby control parking between 9am and 5pm. My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap. A complimentary welcome pack of tea and coffee will be waiting for you on arrival. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Sainsbury's local supermarket a few minutes walk away. Guest access You will have access to the entire flat. The patio is shared with other residents in the block of flats. Other things to note SMART TV TV applications like Netflix and Amazon Prime are available for guests to use their OWN accounts. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT * Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late check out. * The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. * Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them. DURING YOUR STAY * Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge. * No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided.
