Convenient transport links to Central London Bridge, Waterloo and Charing Cross. 5 min walk to both the Kent County Cricket Ground and the Crystal Palace Football Academy Ground, Beckenham. 5 min drive or 15 min walk to Beckenham High Street's array of bars, restaurants and independent retailers and within easy travel distance of local Sydenham and Kirkdale areas. A home from home for up to 3 Guests. The space This spacious, two-bedroom apartment is situated between the popular Beckenham and Sydenham/Kirkdale areas. Located on the top floor of a maisonette this light and bright space can comfortably accommodate up to 3 (three) Guests. The apartment features an open-plan living room, sitting room area with dining table and sofa space for 3 Guests, coffee table, plant, rug and Smart TV for Guest use-(personal log ins required to access Apps). There is a Master bedroom with King bed, bedside lamps, bedside tables and large wardrobe space. There is a second bedroom with single bed, bedside lamp, bedside table and spacious wardrobe. There is a bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, basin and WC and a Kitchen with large fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, and Nespresso coffee machine. To make the property feel like a home-away-from-home, we offer complimentary WiFi. There is a yoga mat and two sets of weights (2KG and 4KG), hairdryer, ironing board and iron for Guest use. PARKING There is some limited, free, on-street parking on Worsley Bridge Road, on the opposite side of the road from the apartment or on the adjoining Meadowview Road. Please do not park over any driveways and please avoid parking on any yellow or red line zones or restricted areas and please check any road signs for restrictions. CLEANING AND LINEN The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and one shower towel for the stay. GOOD TO KNOW There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Sainsbury's Superstore located just a short, 5-minute walk from the apartment. This Superstore is open Monday - Thursdays 7am - 10pm, Fridays and Saturdays 7am - 12Midnight and Sundays 11am - 5pm. Sainsbury's has a Petrol Station, Electric Vehicle Charging Point, ATM, Argos, Starbucks on the go, The Restaurant Hub Food Court, Photobooth, Travel Money and Western Union International Money Transfer facility along with a full selection of groceries. The house is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay aside from some underbed drawers containing some of the owner's belongings. There will still be ample storage space for Guests to use during the stay. Remote self-check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 4pm. The property management company ® will manage my home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Interactions are contactless, however, should you require assistance before or during your stay ® 24/7 guest support and local team will be happy to assist. Other things to note This is a non-smoking property. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are requested to please respect this much-loved apartment and treat it with the same care as guests would their own home.
