Outdoor- Pretty patio laid courtyard area with integrated BBQ.The property is accessed vis key safe guests have access to the whole property with private entrance.We live locally, and are available to help our guests should any issues arise with the house during your stay, or if you would just like some advice on what to do, where to go or where is nice to nice to eat & drink.Do take a look at our guidebook for up to date info on our recommendations.The property is situated in the historical Causewayhead formely a pig market, there are plenty of shops, cafes and character in Causewayhead and the longest continually running cinema in the UK having opened its door in 1912. The building is situated down a small entrance way off the Main Street.Centrally located in the heart of Penzance, less than 10 minutes walk from Penzance train and bus station, 2 minutes walk from St Erbyn's long stay car park TR18 2RG parking is charged at £8 for 24 hours weekly cost is £39.20. Free parking daily from 4pm-9am in Causewayhead carpark. There are also multiple short stay car parks surrounding the area and free on street parking close by on a first come basis.The streets I would usually try to find a free space are *Belgravia Street*High Street*St James StreetThe stairs particularly leading up to the bedrooms (third floor) are very steep and narrow so we would recommend the property only suitable for children over 7 years and those fit and able to climb them.
