The master suite comes complete with an en-suite, equipped with a walk-in rain shower and there is plenty wardrobe storage and a dressing table.The second bedroom, with a comfortable double bed, also offers plentiful wardrobe and storage space.Additionally, the apartment has a family bathroom with a stand-alone bath where you can unwind, and even watch a little TV while relaxing in the bath. It also has a second walk-in rain shower for your convenience.The main living area boosts a spaciuos open-plan living area with fully equipted kitchen, dining, and living room space, incluing a wine fridge.For those needing to stay connected, our high-speed broadband is ideal for blending work and leisure during your visit.There is one secure car parking space behind an electric gate. However once you have settled, you'll discover everything you might require is just a short stroll away from the apartment.Guest accessThe apartment is on the ground floor and does have shared access into the building. The corridors are wide and does give good access for those with limited moblity.Other things to noteTravel cot and high chair available to hire on request.Our TV is a SMART TV. Please feel free to log into your own internet accounts but remember to log out wbefore you leave.We ask you not to smoke or vape in the property. If you do outside, please remember to bin your cigerette ends reponsably in the bin and not on the floor.We have one allocated parking space, please only park in this space. If you do require further parking, please let us know and we can advise.Additional rulesPlease remove outside shoes when walking in carpeted areas (bedrooms) No smoking or vaping in the property or out of the windows. If you do smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette buts responsably and not on the floor.
