The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.There is a shared area just inside the entrance to the property which is where my private washing machine is. Unfortunately, the washing machine is not available to guests.Additional rulesNo extra guests.Check-in is any time after 4pm and check-out by 10 am. You may incur an additional charge if you check out late without prior agreement.Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down.Quiet hours between 22:00 - 08:00We observe a strict no party policy; gatherings, parties or social events are prohibited in our home.
